Helen qualified with a BSc Hons from the University of Southampton in 2002 and then completed her Masters in Advanced Musculoskeletal Practice from the University of Essex in 2011. Helen is trained in steroid injection therapy and also has a Post Graduate Certificate from the University of Hertfordshire in Child Health.

She has worked in both the NHS and private sector and worked for Provide since it was established. Prior to this Helen worked at St. Michaels Hospital in Braintree, Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsord and Musgrove Park Hospital in Somerset. Helen’s current role as an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist is clinically quite diverse but she has a specialist interest in paediatrics and sports related injuries.

Helen enjoys keeping fit and has a wide range of sporting interests.
