In August 2018 Brad qualified as a physiotherapist and graduated from the University of Brighton. Whilst studying, he gained a strong interest in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, and in particular sports injuries.

He gained experience of working with athletes by volunteering in major sporting events such as the Brighton and London marathons, and also currently works with a local rugby club. Brad joined Provide in August 2018 as a junior physiotherapist and is gaining experience by treating a wide variety of patients.

Outside of work, he is a keen cricketer for Chelmsford Cricket Club and has also represented Essex during his school and college years.
