Adam qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2017 from the University of Bournemouth.

Adam has completed both junior and senior rotations at Broomfield Hospital covering all core specialities and worked in the Critical Care and the Acute Respiratory Care Unit during the Covid-19 pandemic before joining the musculoskeletal physiotherapy team at Provide in October 2021.

Adam has a keen interest in sporting injuries and has spent 3 seasons working with the Ipswich Town Football Club Academy. He also currently works with England Women’s Lacrosse team and has completed the FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys travelling, playing lacrosse and skiing in the winter.
